Consider this: the simplest solutions are the ones most people completely overlook.
And i promise you, that is exactly what could happen with what i am about to share here…
The air is hot and dry as i’ve never felt it before, and despite blustery mornings from chemtrail spraying all throughout the night; headaches and irritability abound…
How do we know that our brains are dry and frying?
* irritability
* anxiety
* anger
* incomplete thoughts
* dry skin, dry cough, dry conditions like constipation
* itching dry scalp
5G and the grid of everything depletes moisture from the air. i’ve studied this, but even more importantly, i have increasingly felt it over these last five years. Atmospheric dryness leads to headaches because it shorts out the brain.
The metal nanoparticulates in the geoengineering sprays leave a highly reflective film on our environment - such as the oily film i often find on my car in the morning that doesn’t wipe off - and these pull down and reflect more solar heat.
DEHYDRATION = DEGENERATION
REHYDRATION = REGENERATION
Degenerative processes are exacerbated by stressful lifestyles, manmade drugs and chemical pollution, electrosmog radiation, and the booming forces of 5G. In all cases, the brain dehydrates and short circuits
Our bodies are semi-permeable membranes. We absorb from our environment: life force from Nature, whatever we use on our skin, the thoughts and feelings of our culture, and the toxic chemical pollution all around.
The closer to urban jungles we reside - or to military bases, airports, and indigenous tribal lands - the higher the concentrations of chemicals and radiation we are exposed to every day, and the more we absorb. Manmade chemicals weaken our bodies and make us sick.
Basic preliminary self-care includes deep breathing, sweating out toxins, and drinking lots of pure clean water. Detoxification is one phase of health. Nourishment is the other.
But it’s not just water we are lacking.
The brain and nerves are made of healthy fats (cholesterol), and these must be replenished too.
PRACTICES FROM AYURVEDA
(India’s classical medicine system)
OIL PULLING, ABHYANGA, AND NASYA
The simple yogic practices of oil pulling, abhyanga, and nasya help the brain and nervous system rebuild. Self-massage with healthy oils increases circulation, cell metabolism, and detoxification through the skin.
Oiling feeds the brain itself, and all the nerves, which are actually made of fat.
Choose high quality organic sesame or olive oil, as you prefer. Include some herb-infused oils. Herbal oils nourish all body tissue layers.
1) OIL PULLING: Every morning on arising, swish a tablespoon of sesame oil in your mouth for 5-10 minutes, then spit it out in the garbage - not the drain pipe - and rinse your mouth with water.
*For added benefits, use a tongue scraper next. Rinse again.
Then drink a large glass of pure water or lemon water at room temperature or warm.
*Some people prefer olive or coconut oil; what’s most important is that you do the practice, so in this case please suit your taste.
2) ABHYANGA: daily self-massage with oil - is a simple yogic practice to calm both body and mind. Abhyanga nourishes and heals the nervous system.
* Here’s my version: after bath or shower, while skin is still warm and moist, press oil onto skin with your palms, then massage toward the heart.
Oil is hydro- phobic: it flees from water, and so absorbs best on warm wet skin.
* The classical routine is to oil the entire body, massaging each part; wrap up in a sheet or towel; and meditate for a half hour or more; then shower off without soap, and pat dry.
(Really? Who can get away with all that every day? But this is what they recommend. Make it realistic so you will follow through.)
Abhyanga strengthens circulation and immune response, and speeds healing of injured nerves and skin.
Brain and nerve tissue are made of fat (cholesterol), so oiling is a direct route to nerve health.
* To enhance brain repair: massage oil into scalp before bed; wrap head in scarf. (the oil vanishes overnight - no joke! You don't need to wash it out!
* Is there a short cut? YES! Apply a small amount of oil to scalp in circular massage above ears, temples, and around to back of skull. You can do this throughout the day when you need a break.
3) NASYA: nasal oiling - is another direct line to brain health.
Normally, nasya is done along with oil pulling and neti pot, first thing in the morning. Before oiling the nostrils, a neti pot/saline nasal rinse is recommended. The nose filters toxic particulates from the air so they do not enter our lungs. Neti is touted for allergies and sinus infections too; many of my clients will agree!
(After much trial and error, i personally found neti to be too harsh for me, so i do nasya alone, several times throughout the day.)
* Here’s my version of Nasya: one dropper full of herbal oil on index finger, and insert in one nostril, blocking other side. Sniff the oil in - it will penetrate directly to the brain and lubricate the sinuses and nasal passages. Repeat on second side. Be sure you get a good snootful up your nose, both nostrils.
Blow your nose, and repeat, leaving the oil in.
Could brain regeneration be any simpler?
There’s only one way to know: try it!
The drier the climate we live in, and the drier the air becomes, the more we must lean on timeless simple solutions like oil pulling, abhyanga and nasya. Yoga and Ayurveda were always and are still inextricably linked. Yogis were mystics precisely because they mastered the science of brain evolution and optimal health. Reviving the knowledge and skills of Ayurvedic Medicine could well restore us to true health. At the very least it’s all natural, it can’t hurt, and we have nothing to lose!
Here’s to regeneration!
Sometimes the most obvious, simple solutions ARE the solutions.
Thank you for sharing.
FRIENDS, Is this simple practice already in your toolbox? Do you Oil?
