I FORGOT TO TELL EVERYONE: How to POTENTIATE TURMERIC : with healthy fats (ghee, sesame oil, coconut oil) - makes it hundreds of times more bioavailable! That means high absorption, using less.

Some folks don't love the taste - i do!

ANYHOW, ADD HEALTHY OIL to increase the benefits of this miracle ally.

I just spent an hour this morning making a huge mixed vegetable with coconut milk "curry" with lots of turmeric... delish and healthy! BTW, "curry" is an English word that was erroneously used at first but then took over as the name to describe most Indian dishes https://indiaphile.info/what-is-curry-and-a-recipe-for-garam-masala/
