at the strike of my heel and

Ode to Mycelia, and Her myriad fruits and flowers -
the little cap-heads and cone-heads and flat hats peeking up above the drenched, muddy bark along forest trails; those much coveted medicinals that heal even the ugliest disease; and our ceremonial medicines garnered in cow pastures at dawn.

Mycelia is here among us, birthing it up!

The mushroom, by its very existence, is a source of enraptured bliss for me; as is the croak of a tiny frog or the fleeting flash of a fairy lighting by.

Great Mother Mycelia, your arms stretch to span the galaxies of all times.

MYCELIUM. Majestic mycelium, whose tendrils butter the very understory of life, with a pulsing network beneath our feet.

Mycelia is the canvas tapestry spawning Earth’s green dance!!!

MYCELIA. Fertile womb and neuro-fascial network for the living Earth Herself…

Research shows time and again that trees communicate with eachother and exchange nutrients over great distances across mycelial telephone lines. Master mycologist (mushroom/mycelium biologist) Paul Stamets has this to say:
