WEAVING THE SHREDS AND THREADS OF TRAUMA WHOLE AGAIN

It’s good to let people talk; and it’s good to pay close attention when they do.
True connection engenders true expression and authentic exchange.

ON STORY…

Today’s story threads together rivers of thoughts, as i sit knowing the pain that so many human cultures on this earth have endured, and so many still do.

My friend S is a wisewoman from a culture and tradition that has always and ever been beaten down, oppressed, and genocided.

It goes on openly around us still today. Sometimes, she tells me stories…

S tells stories about things that bother her, and freely lectures all about optimizing our body’s organs through nutrition and natural health.

Our talks seem to touch a deep place in me, where i am eternally curious about, and open to, another’s soul…

Past friends who were healers, writers, and musicians also lived the cultural imperative of story for authentic expression and potent evolution of the soul.

S says that story is how the ancestors taught; that story brought all our ancestors to the place where we came forth.

But story seems to have been lost with our grandparents a couple generations ago. It seems not many people tell stories any more.

i can only offer the salve of my love to this perpetual global wounding.
i can’t un-happen it, or make it go away.

…the one who would have been her uncle “was lynched as a little boy”; she only told me this late last year…

To know this hurts us both.

In actuality, it hurts us all, for in truth there is no separation between any our individual molecules and cells.
We’re all made of the same minerals, water, and clay…

…that “WE ARE ONE” thing…it’s molecularly true.

AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL DETOUR - (aka: relevant story)

i am an extreme empath, and in my early life, i was given both wrenching lucid dreams and way too much heart.

This kind of sensitivity can really take you down, especially when you’re young, wide open, and naive.

For years i lived and thrashed inside waking nightmares of the 1950’s razing of Tibet, murder of millions of her people, and burning down their massive mountaintop monasteries way high up in the sky.
In those lifetimes i myself was tortured, beaten, chased, and burned.

i had similar times in ancient India - Yogis, yoginis, and holy people were - all throughout time - persecuted and killed for their spiritual power.
…seems that soul’s never been a popular thing…its power greatrly feared…

Some always somehow managed to survive - precisely due to the power of pure love and devotion to god, and intense commitment to live an awakened life.

What a horror to have to adapt to, and oh so commonplace…whole cultures erased, except for the few strong and lucky who survive.

Nobody taught me anything of this. The memories were somehow locked in my body consciousness at birth, and somewhere in my young life, they all just started to erupt. i spent those years emotionally tormented and in tears.

Then resources slowly and eventually came to help me deal emotionally and spiritually with what i learned of history through my own body that can’t un-happen or be undone.

i’ve recently come to ponder cross-cultural ancestral memories, beyond those of direct birth and blood.

If the spirit is birthless and deathless throughout all time, then we are all tainted by the eternal and relentlessness ravages of war.

What i share today is only where my story has brought me; each and every people has their own.

…nobody talks about any of it, BUT ALSO nobody ever forgets, and that horrific trauma lives on and on and on in our body’s inner ocean, inside all our cells.

We’re all going through a lot of hell inside us right now, and there;’s a bvetter way to stir this pot.

TRAUMA IS EMBODIED. IT’S NOT JUST A MENTAL TRIP.
OUR CELLS SHAKE VIOLENTLY DEEP INSIDE, TRYING TO HOLD IT IN.

NEURO SOUNDBYTE: CELLULAR TRAUMA/SHAKING

Dr Chikly, D.O., taught us in manual therapy training to sense cellular trauma in our patients, and support their bodies to shake it off. These patients would then completely and absolutely relax, and the session could actually begin.

This is akin, he explained, to a small animal just barely escaping a predatory chase, diving deep into its burrow, and then trembling violently for a few seconds before falling asleep - safe once again.

By allowing the brain and nerves to release trauma’s overwhelming electro-magnetic charge, we reclaim safety at the tissue level, in the fascia, and begin to integrate and heal.

That’s what the shaking is.

BUT HUMANS ARE NOT GIVEN THE CHANCE TO SHAKE TRAUMAS OFF;
INSTEAD, THE NERVOUS SYSTEM’S EMERGENCY SIGNALS GET SUPPRESSED AND THUS PUSHED INTO CHRONIC ANXIETY, AUTO-IMMUNE DISORDERS, AND NEURO-DEGENERATIVE DISEASE.

EVEN CANCER, PARKINSONS AND ALTZHEIMERS -
SADLY NOW COMMON HOUSEHOLD WORDS.

…just sayin’…

the way home to safety and self-healing is physically through gentling those traumatized nerve roots and those battered bones.

i’ll say a bit more later on, in the right time.

nobody talks about it, BUT ALSO nobody forgets, and that horrific trauma lives on and on and on in all our cells, until we flush it out.

Somewhere in this 24 years knowing each other, our relationship has slowly and soulfully transformed - history plus divine intercession along the way.
S works and lives in real time and conversation with people -
honest, uplifting exchange. S tells long (long) stories about the things that bother her, freely teaches all about optimizing our body’s organs with old-fashioned home-cooked nutrition and natural health. S does not have a website, and yet clients have followed her around for years and decades, and through many unexpected and difficult and relocations moves. S holds her focus on work, and freely expresses herself, which i find to be a real hoot, having always held my tongue in my work;
and S sure does practice what she preaches. She is vibrantly healthy and alive at almost 70, with a big smile of gloriously gorgeous white teeth.

S never eats out; she only cooks fresh real food for herself.
When you do that, your glyphosate levels stay low…vitality high…hmmmm…

To gain clarity and inner knowing, we must train both focused awareness and inner attention

Being in a state of focused awareness is in fact meditation.

Meditation - or depth of focus on any one subject over a period of time - re-generates brain tissue in these four simultaneous ways:

1)Neurogenesis- the birth and bubbling forth of new brain cells

2)Synaptogenesis - the steadily expansive branching out and interconnecting of new neural circuits into heightened ever increasing cognition and creativity

3) Neuroplasticity - the brain and nervous system’s ability to reshape and reformulate its tissue structure and function based on what we learn, study, and focus on.

4) Mastery - imagine anyone you might admire who is at the peak of their game

*Can you feel the possibility for vast quantities of Light to be produced as these myriad neural (brain and nerve) circuits begin their fireworks, and become a self-perpetuating flame?
*Did you ever imagine the process of tissue regeneration as Light?

i leave you today with these two noble thoughts; for trauma stealthily conceals itself, festering, in the darkest corners of the body-mind-soul.
Trauma cannot possibly survive the dark.
