i love my little house, but have no peace. the headaches are constant now, i get episodes of severely agonizing bone and joint pain - like hot-cold spears being driven through my joints, most especially my hips and pelvis (so i can’t stand up or walk without waiting for the episode to pass); frequent abdominal spasms, and relentless aching at the base of my skull; and i must conclude that as the tower across the road grows in height and output, my survival with any quality of life is moot.

let’s just say there have been way too many days where i simply hurt so much i could not move.

i only just got internet here at home last week, and yes, it’s wired for ethernet…

sadly, yesterday was such a day. i tried - and tried - and tried to get going; but ultimately by mid afternoon i had to lie down in the dark and hold my head - and ignore the spikes driving through my hips.

this is what it’s like when your nervous system is sensitized and aware.

…and i believe we each become sensitized at some point - neurologically awake - to the presence of danger in our field. most people are just exceedingly “dulled” right now, so they’re not getting it yet.

between the chemicals and heavy metals in our water and soil, drugs, and geoengineering, we are silently bombed from all sides day and night.

we can’t ignore it anymore.

i’ve been sensitized my entire life; it’s how i was born. sensitization has been a great gift in my healing work; but a total curse in this increasingly toxic world…

sensitized and sensitization are physiological terms; whereas “sensitive” comes with vague innuendoes and baggage it’s best to circumvent here-
(eg: “she’s too sensitive” is never a compliment).

i learned the symptoms of radio frequencies and microwave poisoning firsthand back in 2010,

when i left the bay area and suddenly had to be online a whole lot more. during that time, i also started writing more, as i was reimagining my life. After a full day on the computer, i felt depleted and awful.
in 2017, i began researching this phenomena in earnest upon my return to the east bay.

…then in late 2017, the new step-in security scanners at the airport blew out my left eardrum on a trip to phoenix for school. and the low flying planes during lockdown in 2020 - war planes, chemtrail planes, helicopters, all constantly for weeks - blew my left ear out again.
that’s brain damage, folks. twice.

yes, i fixed it, but my ears remain very tender and sensitive to sound…

so, in november, i hired a building biologist.

the readings in this neighborhood - and in my cute little house - max out all his equipment; thus his first advice was to move.
at times he could be a bit insulting, but i understand people can be annoying - but i’m not a whiner and i’m willing to do the work, so he seems to have softened up. and here we are down the road with my home remediation in full swing.

it’s not normal for high energy people to be chronically down for the count, yet i’m fighting for the energy to start over again. it’s a very real and actual day-to-day struggle to function;

and it occurs to me the grid truly is squeezing the life out of us like a hungry python.

others will see it soon, or not be here any more to care.
there’s no middle way anywhere anymore.

MY HOME REMEDIATION

i thought more people would be more excited to learn about this than they seem to be, and i hope to see this tide of denial end soon. but i plod on anyways, so along we go, you and i.

once you get the readings and suggestions from the building biologist, it’s time to act.

i did the easy stuff first. he had me change all the lightbulbs, buy plug-ins that neutralize dirty electricity coming through the wires, and advised a faraday canopy or two strewn around my rooms (let’s look at plan B for that!).
he said to turn off the breakers at night, which is unrealistic to my lifestyle, so i’ve settled for no electricity in three of the five rooms - which necessitated moving everything around again, and allotting a limited number of outlets, with surge protectors, and disciplining myself to adapt to use less.
after internet was installed last week,
the grounding and wiring guy came over to get all my tech connected to ethernet, and i actually need 4 cables and 4 adapters, but will make do with 2.
then
i got the grounded sleep tent from mercolamarket.com, which fits me with my sleep pad and blankets, and then one zips completely in. i went inside and took a reading with my slt.co Safe and Sound Classic 2 - inside the sleep tent, 100% SAFE! In the green zone for the first time (and only place) in this house.
tomorrow
the electrician will come over to assess parts needed for a grounded cable refrigerator hookup. this is a better alternative for me than turning off the breaker to the fridge at night. the fridge is the highest output of dirty electricity and this grounded wiring should quiet down the whole house day and night.
meanwhile my stomach is doing somersaults thinking ka-ching, ka-ching, and ka-ching again…
then it will be time to ask the contractor to shroud this front room with faraday fabric - because the readings in this room vacillate in high blinking reds, at 6000X the severe danger level for RF (radio frequency), down to 1000X severe danger in the spot where i’m sitting now.

i’ll have to cover the front window, door, and walls with what looks like cheesecloth sheets. it’s getting comical now. i definitely feel like my house is not my own, and that’s a real punch in the gut. i’ll hide inside muslin mosquito netting that has EMF defeating superpowers!

but alas, one must summon gratitude in every situation -

so every day now i remind myself that the dilapidated hovel in the east bay where i paid over $2000 a month to live for close to 4 years is definitely flooded now. my shed would be under water by a few inches now, along with my stashed business stuff.

so despite the issues and complications in being here, i escaped the smart home with amazon spy doorbell to which my tiny apartment attached, the uncertain tempers of a chinese mask-wearing landlord who didn’t understand questions and would only communicate by text, and the winter flooding which came a little too close to my threshhold, harder and faster each subsequent year.
