best comment i could ever receive Sane! alongside my friend who said she thought the brain was boring til she read my book - then it came alive for her and she couldn't wait to learn more, and more...
If the brain is grounded to natural law with do no harm, stand in your truth unwavering and love emanating from the heart( not ego centric brain) Everything falls into place. Everything! Exercise foods right thought right actions. Discard relationships that distract. I have very few friends and loved one because very few live like this.
i love it Charlie, and as we've shared, i too aspire to live like this.
Simplicity is at the heart of innocence too, don't you think? And in that perfect state, disorder can't cling to us. Have a good night, simple-man, from forest fairy...
A friend of a friend is losing the will to eat food, they have suffered from tremors since mid-20s. Doctors have diagnosed this to be Parkinsons over past 40 years. She is in her 60s.
I suspect this woman to have suffered from terrible trauma when she was captured as she attempted to escape Vietnam and was imprisoned for a week or two back in the 70s.
She finally made it and arrived in California and rejoined her family but then developed tremors I suspect are related to extreme trauma when she was imprisoned. She denies that she suffered trauma.
Can you recommend any therapy to help her regain her appetite and will to live?
i can offer a loving suggestion, yet each person is as unique as their fingerprints, and i do not know your friend; no "healer" should shout out a general, one-size-fits-all answer without saying that first. Each person's trauma deserves the respect their spirit demands. Next, your friend has to want therapy and be willing to engage. That said:
trauma resolution must come through the body, for that is where it hides and lives on. Nothing is better than bodywork for this. 1) upledger.com ; click on "find a therapist" and type in her zipcode in for referrals nearby. 2) chikly.com ; same - type in patients' zip for nearby therapist. In these two referral bases are longtime, well-trained professionals. We help people like your friend.
For self-care, daily oiling (abhyanga and nasya) nourishes and strengthens the nervous system; and movement that integrates breath, sound, and song.
i offer sound healing by phone - but have her receive manual therapy first
Wow, I finally understand how your work works. ✨

Is the brain friend or foe?
Is the right left balanced?
Mark Pasario educated me and it is simple.
ImHo!

She feels she is a burden.
Thank you
