Complex subject with so many interactions to consider, beyond the capacity of most people who, as you noted, are overwhelmed and assaulted my myriad environmental and medical "microaggressions." While each microaggression may have little effect by itself, in totality, over time, they wear people down without them noticing.

Yes, they are (seeing that we refill and happy we do). At least, this has been my hypothesis I've kept to myself until right now. Recently, I've come into awareness that I must stay in charge of my own energy and intentionally do not release it (especially at night, when all the technology is disconnected). What the h*ll? What is this c**p?
Thank you for posting this, I think more and more people need the timely reminder as more and more succumb to toxicity overload...then even the slightest aggravations (like EMF A/C as you mentioned) can cause a sharp uptick in symptoms. Sharing this to many that I know who, despite being health-savvy in other areas, still freely use Bluetooth, phones, watch screens for more than half the day, etc.
So few people have taken notice of this post(??), specifically the following life-changing info:

I concur experientially with this. After I spend time at my streaming TV, I feel my body electrons are disoriented. That's why I stopped that. I stream at my computer now. It doesn't have the same impact, but it still does affect me to the point that I have considered working my life around the internet, in other words, no more internet except fundamentals. Your share today = fundamental. Maybe this means just cutting the entertainment streaming. It's another voice I do not need.
