This is such a well-written, heartfult, and well-researched article. Sad. What is the anti-dote? Thank you so much for sharing these last few days in the SF Bay Area. There has to be a way out of this mess. Blessings. . .

We just keep going, Marin. We produce as much light as we can, and pay attention to when it dims and what sucks it out. We keep explaining to others what brain damage really is, what trauma really is, and that we all have it, so that ALL of us attend more to the divine voice and power within - and stop leaping so much at our social media and the breaking news. When more of us honor REAL life than the digital machine, the hundredth monkey will cross the line.

i also let myself lose a few days in planting and repotting- nurturing my green ancestors and caring for life.

(that email exchange we attempted 2-3X was definitely blocked or wiped out by mr a.i. i surrendered to meeting you here...)

Just tragic. You have done a great job of documenting this, I am hoping we can find a way out of it soon. Meanwhile I feel the fire inside and my infinite power and radiate it out as an antidote to this.

My heart is with you Yolanda, we are more powerful than all of this, and will make it through this siege.

yes we will. my next piece is bountifully more joyful! Sabrina, it seems stretching ourselves to hold the horrors and still be light is the ticket through. i'm not afraid, nor are you. but i'm also not sweeping ugly under the rug to keep my pollyanna up.

more soon!

Above says who you are!!

We are becoming bipolar to survive, mentally that is. All the negativity produce low frequency emotions. Then I box that trash, set it aside and do the garden, bike ride and walk the dog along with the chores keeping a higher frequency love of life thingy. Then I look up and around and box gets opened and the stench is present, again! What was a nice plane of life nose dives into the stench! I try to ignore but there it is murking the beautiful blue skies. Anger again. Frequency polarity is in place. Is this treatable? Yeah, head in sand, lol, seriously no until we the people rise up and put an end to this madness.

I plug on vacillating from high to low knowing a hyper novelty event(s) is on the horizon that will be the mother of resent history events to right the wrong Or the trajectory man and woman in kind heads towards.

We are the saviors! Not from politic, the courts or military. Unfortunately it is going to be messy…

oh Charlie, i'm beaming, because if i could have said more, everything you wrote is exactly it.

i too have said we have been made bipolar! i too fight with the raging warrior within! And it is the forest thick with tall timeless trees that turns me around - because SHE is my stalwart and steady friend and She doesn't back down and She stands tall no matter what. The Spring weeds and medicinals care not that there's a war happening. THEY BLOOM. want to grow up to be like them!!!

She will not disappoint! I have 30 acres of tall and small growing wonders. 10 acres in transition -Pines and spruces have found there way as seedling to become great markers of time (on the 10 acres). I spend hours in natural wonder observing the order of chaos called the natural cycle of She. Random chaos, blowdowns of first growth(quacking aspen) with oaks standing tall. Way beyond our life timeline this cycle will continue.

It is only a slice but can be best enjoyed understanding we are but an integral part at least in observation and hopefully conservation!

Yes, trees soothe the soul…
