Thanks Yolanda .I have a question. Do you have any advice re ingesting homeopathic supplements utilizing the ethmoid.? I was thinking supplements that aid brain functions might be more fully absorbed through the ethmoid.. Rest easy. Hay wannaih!
NASAL OILING, or "nasya". All of the herbal infused oils i make work for this practice. Ayurveda uses specific herbs for the different "doshas" (body constitutions) - and brahmi nasya is highly touted as a route for brain repair.
and yet, isn't the brain an absolute wonder? Imagine if the blood brain barrier is healthy and whole - then, like a country with borders...what might be possible...?
So agree how important the ethmoid is, important understanding, never have I ever let anyone swab my nose, way too invasive. Thank you Yolanda.
Thank you for the info. I shall contact you .

You can find some of the oils i make here on my website: https://www.freethemedicinenow.org/regenerative-herbalism
or you can just use olive or sesame oil.
The purpose of daily nasya is to nourish and heal the brain and nervous system, and by inhaling it up the nostrils, it DOES pass through the ethmoid.
ALSO: scalp massage with the herbal oils rebuilds brain tissue. Hence, your question was "too small" - when the answer is this wide and this easy.
As always, thank you for your undying commitment to inform; as it is, it's worse than most aware people thought.

glad you thought so, Elizabeth. The brain is never boring, and oh so easy to love!
